Since 2015, Kristie has been an actively engaged software developer in the Enterprise Software scene. She gained valuable experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Kareo where she was part of a team that developed a visual and graphical data app for health providers to have a insight into their practice. Her software development journey continued with a role as a ServiceNow Developer at Behr. As she dove into ServiceNow, she expanded her knowledge and toolbox as ServiceNow grew in their features and impact in major companies. She has extensive ServiceNow knowledge in IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Service Portal development, and Mobile development. Kristie currently works for the City of Raleigh as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer.

Kristie enjoys creating modern responsive Web designs (personal project examples below) and highly prioritizes the user experience and future maintenance efficiencies when designing and building an application.
